    🌟 Greetings, Visitor! 🌟

    About me:

I completed my PhD at INRA (French National Institute of Agricultural Research) in the Biopolymer Department and at the University of Nantes in France in the Chemistry Department, specializing in Biochemistry. My research, part of the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Fellowship, focused on dissecting citrus plant cell walls and polymer structures for industrial applications.

Before this, I earned a Master of Science Degree in Molecular Plant Nutrition, focusing on the influence of silicon (Si) on rice plant cell walls, from Leibniz Hannover University and Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences in Germany. This was supported by the Socrates Erasmus Fellowship, during which I studied Biological Sciences at the Royal Holloway University of London, England. I also hold a degree in agricultural engineering from Uludag University in Turkey.

I pursued an MBA (dual degree) from Brazil's ESPM Marketing School and France's Audencia Business School, specializing in Food and Agribusiness Management. Subsequently, I embarked on a Post-Doctoral Innovator Fellowship at EIT-Food in Belgium, delving into Research-Based Entrepreneurship (Best Business Idea Award). I devoted six years to various industrial organizations in the AgroChemical sector, holding management roles in the USA, Denmark, France, and Turkey.

Currently, I take pride in being a part of the Technical University of Munich, Germany, contributing to the Werner Siemens Foundation Research Project as a Science Manager. This project aims to develop innovative solutions for vertical farming, a sustainable and efficient food production method.
